Hello All,

I wanted to reach out with a few quick updates and plans.

First off: already scheduled conferences.

1, At the SBL/AAR meeting in Denver, our joint panel with Greco-Roman Religions will take place on Saturday, November 21, 9 am.

2, At the SCS/AIA meeting in Boston, we will have a pre-conference meeting with our panel of presentations on Thursday, January 7, 4pm.

Second: future conferences.

1, We are looking for ideas for CfPs for the next set of SBL/AAR and SCS/AIA meetings. Please email me any ideas at your earliest convenience so that we can discuss them with the Program Committee.

2, We are developing plans to hold another international conference in late May-early June 2027 in Szombathely, Hungary, home to the Roman empire's third largest excavated Iseum! The plans include potential additional site visits in Vienna and Carnuntum (Austria) as well as Budapest and Acquincum (Hungary). There are major museum holdings of Greek materials both in Vienna and in Budapest. If you are interested in participating, however tentatively, please let me know!

In the meantime, please let me know if you have any important updates that you would like me to mention in my next email.

I will be in touch with more updates before the end of the year. Wishing you a wonderful fall!
